Direct replacement part that functions as intended. No issues with installation or performance.

Bought this to replace a bad (leaking) LP regulator on my 5th wheel RV. The physical size was smaller than my original one, but the fitting size and specs were the same. This one has been installed a year now and still working great. Highly recommend and would by this again.

Still working great.

This is what we needed to be replaced for our 2016 5th Wheel Cyclone Toy Hauler a new propane regulator. Installed and ready to go camping. My husband checks everything before we hit the road for our first camping weekend and I noticed the sound of the propane regulator was leaking.

Product is perfect and my husband did not have problem installing it.

by:

Much smaller than I expected but seems to be working well. Had my 5th wheel in the shop for another matter and had them install it since it was already there. No issues with install,it's pretty straightforward install.

by:

This regulator was a direct replacement for one that started to leak. Worked flawlessly last season. Haven’t used it yet this season.

by:

I have installed it it seems that it is exactly as described. I will be using it this weekend for a mountain camping trip on my trailer. Hopefully it will work properly and everything will be okay. Will keep you posted.

Fast delivery and the part is working g reat.

by:

Fantastic service from Bailey when I called to verify I could get the regulator ASAP. Simple install. Thanks etrailer!

by:

Bought this as a spare to have if I have a problem with my existing regulator which is the third one I have had. I hope I never have to use it.

by:

Wasn't sure I had the right thing but after watching your video I knew it would work.

by:

Product installed easy worked just fine. Good value. If you have a older unit similar model this one may be smaller in size but is the right regulator. Used this to fix my 5th wheel that the regulator failed on. Very well priced. Thanks

No issues after 1 year. I will order from etrailer again.

by:

Did not fit, I never used it!

by:

The product is just what I needed. It was fairly priced compared to other suppliers. My only concern is the freight cost to have it delivered

by:

Regulator was a direct replacement for one that developed a ruptured diaphragm on our 5th Wheel. As always, helpful service, in stock parts, and lightning fast shipping. Great company to deal with!

by:

Operates as advertised. Use it for my RV propane tank.
Would buy it again.

by:

I just received this part and have yet to install as rv is in winter storage until April. I'm sure it will work fine. This regulator is much smaller than original but built to deliver same results. This is second time replacing. Process of elimination. Once again no use of propane from full tank on opposite side. Purchased new hose (11ft) and this regulator. Smelled propane. Immediately searched etrailer for replacement parts. Will update late once install is completed

by:

This is my second purchase from ETRAILER.com
My
first purchase was a fifth wheel adapter for my F-450 that I new nothing about, I sent one email asking for help and got immediate response and was told exactly what I needed. This time I ordered a part under $20 and received an email on Sunday night from a staff me letting me know that he received my order and was able to ship it a day early. Great service, fast shipping and they have videos of almost any product they sell. I will always continue business with ETRAILER

by:

Original regulator started leaking, found this here on etrailer and received it very quickly, easy install job and no more leak, back to being a happy camper.

by:

Regulator was just as described and a perfect fit. Thanks etrailer.

by:

by:

Very good product, came fast and I will buy from etrailer again

  • High Pressure Regulator Recommendation for RV
We have the 30 PSI high pressure MB Sturgis Regulator part # 108072 which would work well but it is not adjustable. You'd need to verify that 30 psi is the pressure rating you need but this would work well if so. I also attached a review video for this regulator for you to check out as well.

  • Parts for Exterior 100 lb Propane Tank Connection to 3/4 Inch Inlet on House
I don't know the code requirements for your house, but I do know what can physically work for your gas stovetop and fireplace. Since you will be supplying the 3/4 inch pipe, I recommend using the MB Sturgis RV Quick-Connect Propane Grill Hose - 120" Long # 100304-120-MBS which will connect to the MB Sturgis Quick Disconnect Propane Connector - 1/4" FPT # 104052-MBS which in turn connects to the POL # 204051-MBS for your tank. No regulator is needed on the tank side of the system as...

  • PSI Rating For The MB Sturgis Single Stage Propane Regulator
I went out to the warehouse to confirm the PSI rating and the MB Sturgis # 108072 is in fact 30 PSI. A lot of the time manufacturers change something about their product and do not update the dealers with the new info. The product photos will be updated to represent the new PSI rating. If you look at the customer photos on the product page you can see this regulator with the 30 PSI stamp on it.

  • What Would Cause Propane Regulator to Leak in RV Application and What to Do
If you have enough oil in your propane tanks to the point they are starting to leak out of the regulator your best options are to either have the tanks evacuated and cleaned or replace them altogether before replacing the regulator like with the part # 108072 that you referenced.

  • Recommended Propane Regulator For An Empire Tahoe Propane Fireplace
You'll want to use a 2-stage regulator and will have two options depending on how you run your line to the tank. If you have a vertical run you'll want to use the MB Sturgis Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 108220, and if you have a horizontal run you'll want to use the MB Sturgis Horizontal 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 108221. The important thing here is just to install these correctly to have their vents facing down. We don't currently offer an adapter to match up the inlets/outlets...

According to the installation manual for the Marvin Direct Vent Propane Heaters, the minimum permissible propane gas pressure is 11" WC (water column), which our MB Sturgis Single Stage Regulator # 108072 can supply. If you are connecting the heater directly to your 100-lb tank, then you will also want a pigtail hose # 37207-30865, to go from the tank valve to the regulator and a supply hose with a 1/4" male NPT fitting to connect at the regulator and a 3/8 female NPT fitting to connect...

We do have hoses which may work for you. The MB Sturgis Propane Pigtail # 100833-24 is a type 1 cylinder connection with a 1/4" male inverted flare. This is a 2 foot hose, though we also have a 15" hose # 100833-15 and 1 foot hose # 100575-12-MBS. These hoses are also available with back check, the 20" # 100473-20-MBS, 15" # 100473-15-MBS and 12" # 100473-12. I've added links to review videos of each of these products for you to take a look at.

  • Gas Log Set Needs Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator for Dual Propane Tanks
The pressure regulators we have available are all a nominal 11" WC which is most common for RV appliances. Please verify your gas log set requires 12" WC minimum. If an 11" WC will work, I suggest the MB Sturgis Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator, # 108220. You will also need two Type 1 connection hoses to go from the tanks to the regulator, # 100473-12 is a 12 inch hose. This has a flow capacity of up to 400,000 Btu per hour.

  • Can a Single Stage Propane Regulator Be Used In Place of a Dual Stage
The MB Sturgis Single Stage Propane Regulator part # 108072 can be used in place of a dual stage regulator so long as the fittings on the end of the leader hose are the same which they should be. I am not sure what you mean by, "Can I swap these out and then have the regulator on the stove come into play" but you only need to have one regulator running from the propane supply to the accessory assuming it reduces the pressure to the correct water column (W.C.) count and has the correct BTU...

  • Gas Not Switching to Secondary Tank After Regulator Replacement
A 2-stage propane regulator like part # 108220 is not designed to switch over the gas from one tank to another. In order to switch the flow of gas from one tank to another you would need to use an auto changeover regulator like part # CAM59005. A 2-stage and auto changeover regulator may both look the same but are very different in function. This is likely why the gas is not switching for the empty tank and not a failed secondary regulator like part # 108072.

I have an option for you but the Mr. Heater Model F273719 regulator will not be a replacement for the Marshall Model 250 regulator. From my research, I found the Marshall 250 is an automatic change-over two-stage regulator. The Mr. Heater Model F273719 is not an automatic change-over two-stage regulator, it is made for 1 tank while the Marshall 250 is made to use 2 tanks. • Connecting 20 lb Propane Tank to Stove
It depends on the connections you have to make, there isn't a universal tank to stove connection. For example, the Propane Pigtail - Type 1 x 1/4" MPT # 100473-20-MBS is a 20" long hose with a Type 1 Acme nut for an Acme or P.O.L. connection on your propane tank and a 1/4" Male NPT connection at the other end which normally connects to a regulator such as # 108072, though if that's what your stove uses it can connect to that as well. Yes, you will want to use some sort of thread sealer like part # LT37482 or pipe tape like part # A05-0265 on the NPT fittings inside of the MB Sturgis Single Stage Propane Regulator part # 108072. As a general rule, all NPT fittings should have some sort of thread sealer or pipe tape on them.
